What we collect
When you create an account or place an order we keep your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order history. If you save a vehicle, we keep those vehicle details too.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, issue invoices and warranty documents, keep you updated on orders and workshop jobs, and answer your questions.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. AA Diesel never sees or stores your card details.
Enquiries sent through the website open in WhatsApp. Messages you send us there are handled under WhatsApp's own terms.
Website statistics
We count page visits and searches to improve the shop. This uses no tracking cookies, does not store your IP address, and is switched off if your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal.
Sharing
We only share what is needed to deliver your order (for example with a courier) or take payment. We do not sell your information.
